1. Tracking your daily calories! This helps you lose 1 – 2 pounds or gain 1 – 2 pounds a week. The app even updates you everyday to let you know how much you will weigh in 4-5 weeks to help you stay on track to reach your goal.

2. It allows you to create meals and helps you track your correct measurements along your fitness journey. I used to think I was portioning my meal correctly but I was completely wrong.

3. My favorite part is adding the snacks, you can eat snacks people, just don’t forget to watch your portion size. I love the birthday cake Oreo’s and it’s literally 2 Oreos per portion size.

4. You’re able to add your calories burned which helps along your journey. In order to reach your goals eating healthy is 80% of the way. Exercise is only 20% so please keep that in mind. The more calories you burn, the better!
